IDPH has partnered with the Rockefeller Foundation for Project Access COVID Tests (ACT). Project ACT is aimed to reduce the spread of COVID-19 through providing households with free antigen tests that provide results in just minutes. All tests can be easily administered and interpreted in the comfort of your own home.

One million COVID-19 rapid antigen tests are now available while supplies last. ZIP codes that are currently eligible to request tests are shown below.

Each submission will provide your household with FIVE antigen tests.

Note: As of July 8, 2022, the expiration dates for the iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests were extended by 12 months. Therefore, the date printed on the back of the iHealth test box is likely incorrect.
